* When modifying the size in Soundslides, UNCHECK Full-Screen enabled--it won't work when project in this situation. * Captions: Choose default option. * TEMPLATE: Color preset: plain_black — UNCHECK Show header - you probably don't need it. — UNCHECK Center in HTML. — UNCHECK Show Sizes — UNCHECK Play automatically unless the viewer is expecting to hear/see movie play when goes to the page. — UNCHECK Loop slide show unless you have a reason for contiuous play. * When you have the slideshow that you want, click SAVE and the EXPORT. A folder "publish to web" will be created in your project folder. You can change the name of that folder but DON'T change names within that folder unless you're familiar with html. Also, you delete the "index.html" in the "publish to web" folder—you won't be needing it when you pubish your files to the web. Remember, if you do rename the "publish to web" folder, no spaces in the name. You could do something like this:

TO PUT SLIDESHOW ON THIS PAGE: * Drag that "publish to web" folder (or whatever you renamed it) into your web site folder. * If you're working in Dreamweaver: — Then, in Dreamweaver's menu bar at the top of your desktop, — A small swf icon appears at the top, middle of your cell. In the properties window, change the W (width) to the width of your swf file (for me, it was 450) and change H to the height you made your movie plus about 30 pixels (the example is 300 and I added 30 to it) to have the controller appear under the project when it plays. The number of pixels you add may vary depending on the size of your customized size. * The file should now work on your web page when your preview it.
